Nonelectronic Parts Reliability Data (NPRD-2023)
Nonelectronic Parts Reliability Data (NPRD) presents field failure rate data on a wide variety of electrical assemblies and electromechanical/mechanical parts and assemblies. Compared to its predecessor NPRD-2016 publication, NPRD-2023 adds 13,000 new parts for a total of nearly 250,000 parts and 1.5 million data records. The expanded part types and data in NPRD-2023 cover ground, airborne and naval environments.

NPRD-2023 is available through a searchable online database, ROADS.

Electronic Parts Reliability Data 2024Electronic Parts Reliability Data (EPRD-2014)
The brand-new Electronic Parts Reliability Data (EPRD-2024) resource contains 1.2 million field failure rate data records of commercial and military electronic components and assemblies for use in reliability analyses.

FMD2013COVER_QFailure Mode/Mechanism Distributions (FMD-2016)
The 2016 Edition of the Failure Mode/Mechanism Distributions (FMD-2016) contains field failure mode and mechanism distribution data on a variety of electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical parts and assemblies. This data can be used to apportion an item’s failure rate into modal elements and assist in the performance of reliability analyses and assessments such as Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).  FMD-2016 contains over 990,000 new records, a 10-fold increase over the 98,000 records presented in its predecessor, FMD-2013.
