"217Plus" Software Released

Quanterion Solutions, a key member of the Wyle Laboratories team operating the Department of Defense Reliability Information Analysis Center (RIAC), has released a new software tool for system reliability assessment called "217Plus" according to Quanterion's David Nicholls, the RIAC Operations Manager.

Nicholls indicated that the "217Plus" tool replaces all previous reliability prediction tools developed by the RIAC and doubles the scope of their part type coverage. Reasonably priced upgrades are available. The tool automates the reliability prediction models previously released in May of 2006 in the RIAC "Handbook of 217Plus Reliability Prediction Models." The software and the previously released Handbook are available at theRIAC.org.
