The current Missile and Space Systems Maintenance career ladder was created in October 1993 with the merger from AFSC 411X1 and AFSC 2M0X2A (formerly AFSC 411X1A) to 2M0X2 as the result of an entirely revised personnel classification system. Survey data will be used to identify current utilization patterns among career ladder personnel and evaluate career ladder documents and training programs. The most recent OSRs published for the former AFSCs were in September 1993 and January 1994, respectively.
