Several reparableprocessing procedures have been used with varying degrees of success, but thereis currently no established technique to aid in determining the optimumprocessing procedures. The authors conclude that a simulation model has beenconstructed which can be of assistance to the material manager and procurementofficer in selecting an optimum reparable processing procedure.
