Currently, a plan forevaluating RIW is to occur in FY 82/83. The literature search revealed that theevaluation plan had not been formalized because there was no known methodologyto conduct an evaluation. To aid in the formulation of an evaluation plan theresearchers interviewed contracting officers and program managers to determinewhat criteria was important in their program. The research discovered that therewas agreement among the two groups, contracting officers and program managers;however, there was disagreement among the group as a whole.
