- Developed free online reliability awareness videos called QuICKER for “Quanterion Internet Connection to Knowledge for Enhancing Reliability”
- Designed and developed data mining system that harvests reliability data from multiple internet resources. The system incorporates tools to automatically identify candidate websites/pages, perform web crawling, harvest reliability data, annotate and cluster results, perform data validation, and provide visualization of results.
- Led the design of a software development tools and technology information clearinghouse - a clearinghouse for acquisition and development personnel to locate and analyze unbiased information to select the latest software development technology for their programs.
- Designed, developed, and maintain an electronic management information support system (ISS) to support day-to-day operations of the Reliability Information Analysis Center (RIAC). The ISS supports the daily administration, operations, and financial tracking and management of the center.
- Designed, developed and maintain a system of 20+ software-based tools for automated reliability techniques. This system is called "QuART" (Quanterion Automated Reliability Toolkit)
- Designed and developed the "217Plus" automated reliability prediction tool
- Designed and developed an online training system to support online delivery of the REPERTOIRE set of 5 online reliability courses
