As a result of recent competitive contract awards, ongoing consulting projects and internal software tool development projects, the following positions are currently available:

  • Senior Reliability Engineer:
    The successful candidate will lead reliability/maintainability projects for military and/or commercial customers involving the definition of tailored reliability/maintainability approaches to achieve system/product success, the analysis of new designs using standard accepted and new innovative practices, and the solution of reliability/quality problems on existing designs. Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary as the candidate will interface directly with a wide range of customers to define projects that meet their specific needs, and to lead them to successful completion. Candidate should have 10+ years experience in the reliability/maintainability field and a BS in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. Candidate should be experienced in the use of military/industry reliability/maintainability standards and handbooks, and commonly used methodologies and techniques such as reliability/maintainability predictions, failure mode effects and criticality analyses, fault tree analyses, and Weibull analysis. Experience should include leadership of reliability program task areas including modeling and analysis, reliability design, and/or reliability testing. Experience with reliability/maintainability modeling and simulation tools, such as RAPTOR, ARENA, etc., is considered a plus. MS degree and ASQ reliability certification are also pluses.

  • Reliability Engineer:
    The successful candidate will perform reliability/maintainability analyses and other related tasks for commercial and military customers under the direction/guidance of senior staff. Analyses will include but not be limited to reliability/maintainability predictions, failure mode effects and criticality analyses, fault tree analyses, and Weibull analysis. The candidate should have a BS degree in Engineering or equivalent and 3+ years experience. Software/database skills are considered a plus.
